Senior Next.js Developer

Remote Full-time Engineering
Contract / Permanent

We're looking for a Senior Next.js Developer to join our growing team. You'll be working on cutting-edge web applications for our clients, architecting scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain production-ready Next.js applications with TypeScript
  • Architect scalable frontend solutions using modern best practices
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
  • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to technical decisions and help shape our engineering culture

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO
  • Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, or similar)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

Nice to have

  • Experience with headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi)
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures and edge computing
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries

UI/UX Designer

Remote Full-time Design
Contract / Permanent

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create beautiful, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with our engineering team to transform ideas into polished user experiences.

What you'll do

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications from concept to delivery
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback effectively

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including Auto Layout, Components, Variables)
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and handle constructive feedback

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate to code
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
  • Familiarity with design tokens and handoff tools
  • Experience working with startups or agency environments
